Správa služieb diplomatickému zboru (Diplomatic Corp Service Management) is a 100% government-owned joint-stock company that has been operating in the Slovak market since 1993. It has been playing a very important role for 15 years in providing services to diplomatic missions acting in Slovakia, international organisations, government representatives and constitutional functionaries within the Slovak republic as well as sole proprietors and legal corporations.

The main purpose of business for SSDZ, a.s. is the lease of its own properties and other non-residential premises and buildings. These are modern and historical buildings and attractive locations in Bratislava that have achieved a high European standard and meet the most demanding client requirements.

The company's professional approach and material potential have established a strong foundation for intensive development of new business activities, especially when investing into construction. The company‘s most significant project is the Diplomat Administrative Centre at Palisady.

Besides leasing, SSDZ, a.s., also offers a wide set of supplemental services and all-purpose advisory services for property administration including, for example: building monitoring and security; ordinary, small-scale construction; cleaning and moving work, transport and storage capacity and even insuring property and similar services.
