An administrative complex located in the very centre of Bratislava, only a few meters from the Presidential Palace and the Slovak Republic Parliament Building. The premises consist of two independently standing buildings, A and B, air conditioned and with locally set up fan coils. The buildings have windows that open and arcades, balconies and terraces. Rooms have telephone connections, structured cabling and are covered by mobile network operators, electric and fire alarms, fire radios, burglar alarm systems, closed-circuit television, electronic personal access systems, movement sensors and television cables. There is constant caretaker service in the building and they are always physically protected by a private security service, while cleaning is guaranteed. There is no worry about lack of space for parking as there are 107 parking spaces available in the underground garage and 10 parking spaces in an outside parking lot. The following companies are located in Building A: AIG Life Insurance Slovakia, a.s., Berlin - Chemie AG, The Office of the European Parliament in Slovakia and Representative of the European Commission in Slovakia. In Building B are located the Embassies of the Republic of Finland, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Norway. Six luxuriously furnished flats equipped with their own heating and air-condition units can also be found within the building. The ground floor has a cosmetic salon, café and restaurant. If clients are interested, SSDZ, a.s. can handle room service, courier services, taxi stands, parking, moving and the lease of small meeting rooms.
