Investment activity

SSDZ, a.s. has a longstanding tradition in the area of capital construction.  Thanks to our many years co-operation with foreign missions and a technically knowledgeable team of staff members, the company has acquired capital from a unique form of know-how about the function and practicality of preparing residential and non-residential space for use. 

Our company has been recently reconstructing several older properties to be included among those properties with a high aesthetic and functional standard.

Our accredited team of engineers can provide:

• technical advice and consulting in making investments
• comprehensive assurance of investment ventures from design and execution of studies through project documentation, building permits, choosing a contractor, supervising the construction and continuing through obtaining an occupancy permit and handover of the building to the user
• advice in designing and building interiors, interior furnishings and exteriors from the architectural point of view
• construction site management and supervision
• obtaining building permission and other essential work connected with it, registering buildings and notification of maintenance work
• securing recognition as a historically protected site
