The bus stop (lines 44, 144, 145 and N44) is just a three-minute walk away and the bus ride to the city centre takes no more than ten minutes. The grocery store ‘Tesco Express’ is a five-minute walk away, and other shopping and entertainment facilities can be found within ten-minute drive. Slovak public school and nursery and the German School and Nursery can be reached in five- to ten-minute walk, another private nursery within a ten-minute walk.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a twelve-year-old building; an elevator is of course available.

The living room and the guest room are oriented to the south-west, the bedroom and the children’s room to the north-west. The apartment building has a private green area with picnic facilities, a trampoline, and a sandbox.
The apartment is rented with a lockable garage and a practical cellar in the basement.
The monthly rent for the apartment is 1 800 EUR + utilities in the amount of 350 EUR including internet and TV Magio (set for 4 people at the moment). The monthly rent for the garage is 150 EUR.
