History and Philosophy of the Company<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Diplomatic Corps Service Administration (Spr\u00e1va slu\u017eieb diplomatick\u00e9mu zboru, a.s. – SSDZ, a.s.) was established by a memorandum dated October 1 10. , 2001 following the Government Resolution No 746 dated August 15, 8. 2001 by means of which the government approved transformation of a contributory organisation named Diplomatic Corps Service Administration into a joint-stock company with a 100% state-owned share.<\/p>\n

The company took over all rights and obligations under the canceled contributory organization Diplomatic Corps Service Administration. Deposit of state assets into the company was appoved by the Government of the Slovak Republic and its Resolution No 746 dated August 15, 2001 in accordance with \u00a7 13, section 7, letter b) point 2 No of the Act No 278\/1993 Coll. on the Administration of State Property, as amended. The company was incorporated in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I on October 15, 10. 2001, Section Sa, Insert No 2834\/B.<\/p>\n

The main purpose of business for SSDZ, a.s. is the leasing of its own properties and other non-residential premises and buildings. These are modern and historical buildings in attractive locations of Bratislava, the capital city of Slovak Republic. Majority of our buildings have achieved a high European standard and aim to meet the most demanding client requirements. Besides leasing, SSDZ, a.s., also offers a wide set of supplemental services and all-purpose advisory services for property administration including: building surveillance and security; ordinary, small-scale construction; cleaning and moving work, arranging transport and storage or other similar services.<\/p>\n

Due to the knowledge of the needs and requirements of SSDZ\u2019s clients, SSDZ, a.s. is actively involved in the real estate and brokerage activities in the real estate industry. SSDZ, a.s. has therefore created a unique opportunity for clients to use complex real estate services under one roof.<\/p>\n

Diplomatic Corps Service Administration (Spr\u00e1va slu\u017eieb diplomatick\u00e9mu zboru, a.s. – SSDZ, a.s.) is a 100 % goverment-owned joint-stock company that has been operating in the Slovak market since 1993. It has played a very important rile in provision of services to diplomatic missions acting in Slovakia, international organizations, goverment representatives and constitutional functionaries within the Slovak Republic, as well as individual investors and legal corporation.<\/p>\n

The sole shareholder of the company is the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. The legal representative of the shareholder is the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. The capital of the joint-stock company in the amount of 50,364,400 Euro is formed by non-monetary deposit of the founder and consists exclusively of real estate owned by the canceled contributory organisation Diplomatic Corps Service Administration with the registered seat in Palis\u00e1dy 31, postal code 811 06, in Bratislava. The company\u2019s shares are not publicly traded. The shareholder performes his rights and obligations under the laws and statutes, in particular through the Annual Meeting and the Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n

Among the services provided, whose legitimacy and importance for the company have risen in the recent years, belongs also building administration.
