Given the fact that the company has only one shareholder, the powers of the Annual Meeting are performed by Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic. The legal representative of the sole shareholder since October 25, 2023 is the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Mr. Juraj Blan\u00e1r.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eeac89d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eeac89d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Board of Directors<\/h3><p class=\"rtejustify\">It is a statutory body of the company. It is authorized to act on behalf of all affairs of the company, unless they are reserved by law or statutes to the Annual Meeting or the Supervisory Board.<\/p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\"><tbody><tr><td><p><strong>Chairman of the Board and Director General<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td><p><strong>Member<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td><p><strong>Member<\/strong><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Ing.
