The property was built in the 1930s and underwent the last reconstruction in 1984. It is located in an exclusive residential area of the Old Town. The villa has two floors, a basement and an attic. In the attic there is a 4-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a balcony. Other floors are used for administrative purposes.
At present, the building serves as the seat of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba.
